Fabric Hut is an awesome place to order from! I received an order which included the Ergonomic 45mm Rotary Cutter which was defective. I received an email making sure it was pleased with my order. I explained I was less than impressed with the cutter (it was wobbly and didn't work correctly even after I replaced the blade) and they immediately responded! Apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent out a new cutter!! And it's an awesome cutter!! I definitely recommend it and advise everyone to say something if your order isn't up to par. They will fix it!

The cutter does a very good job cutting the fabric and is very easy on my hands. It locks when not in use.

I purchased this to have an extra ergonomic cutter in my travel case. I've had to tighten or loosen the nut almost every time I've used it. The bar to contract the blade tends to stick and doesn't always easily move the blade. When cutting fabric, the blade doesn't feel as steady as my Olfa ergonomic cutter. I've tried tightening the nut, but it doesn’t take much tightening to make it so that the blade doesn't move smoothly.

I purchased your titanium blades as well as the ergonomic rotary cutter. There were no directions with the rotary cutter. I’m trying to figure out what all the numbers are on the cutter. I installed a brand new titanium blade into it and my cuts are unsuccessful. Blade, intermittently skips. It is totally frustrating. Your thoughts? I have trouble going through three layers of cloth, let alone eight, as you advertise.

Well, it would have been great if I received a blue one like the one pictured, but what I got was ORANGE! Don't like orange! And it was shipped separately from the rotary blades that I also ordered. Not really happy with the purchase.

I ordered titanium blades with the new rotary cutter. But I had some problems with the cutter not working. I wrote them a message and was happy to learn that they did very quickly replace it with another that works well. Thank you Fabric Hut!

I am not happy with either of these cutters I received. The white button to push to lock the blade did not work so it was impossible to use the cutter. The blades that came with the first one work very well.
The third blade you sent worked well until I tried to change the blade. After replacing the blade, the white lock-release button would not work. I had to pull/push the handle to get it to work and it would not lock open or closed.
